Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?

All the components of our jewelry are hypoallergenic, designed to minimize the risk of allergies (nickel-free). They are made of brass plated with fine gold or silver, or stainless steel. For the exact composition of each piece, please see the section - Product details - located at the bottom of the page.

Can I return or exchange a piece of jewelry?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item, provided it is in perfect condition. Personalized items are not eligible for return. To request a return, view your order in your customer account and click on "Request a Return". If you would like an exchange, please indicate this in the "Notes" section of your return request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For more details, see the page Refund Policy.

The model I chose is customizable. Is the mockup created with the color configurator accurate representation of the final jewelry piece?

In terms of color, the mock-up is a fairly accurate simulation of the final product, as the colors are based on photos of our leathers (or beads). However, it remains a simulation: the checkerboard effect you may see with some colors is due to the configurator and will not be present on the finished piece.

I saw a lovely leather on the Nune website, but I can't find it in the color palette offered for personalizing my jewelry...

Because we primarily work with leathers sourced from offcuts or end-of-line luxury goods, our stock is not unlimited. Therefore, our color palettes change depending on availability. They may also vary from one piece to another, as each leather is unique and not necessarily suitable for every piece of jewelry.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Jewellery is shipped in attractive boxes. Made from FSC® certified cardboard, they delicately protect your jewellery during transport.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Each Nune piece of jewelry is unique, carefully handcrafted. It must be handled with care to ensure its longevity.
Therefore, avoid contact with water, perfume, or cosmetics. Do not use cleaners or solvents to clean it; instead, use a soft cloth to gently wipe it. When you are not wearing your jewelry, store it separately in a case or small pouch, away from moisture.

The Cléa Leather Necklace by Nune is a piece of jewelry with a refined and assertive design. Its pendant consists of a large gold-plated hoop ring, held by a thin piece of carefully knotted recycled leather. This minimalist yet impactful composition gives the Cléa a strong personality, both modern and poetic. Handcrafted in the Nune workshop in Laval, this necklace is available in dozens of leather colors.

Leather as a link between metal and woman

In the Cléa Necklace, leather plays an essential role: it unites the ring to the chain, and it gives the jewel its character. The chosen leather color, purple, burgundy, camel, black, turquoise or many others, determines the overall ambiance of the necklace. You select your color via the Nune configurator and Nune creates your unique piece in the following days.

Noble materials and artisanal finishes

The leather of the Cléa Necklace comes from upcycled scraps from the European luxury industry. The thin chain and the hoop ring are made of hypoallergenic, nickel-free gold-plated metal. Each necklace is manually assembled in the Nune workshop, with particular attention paid to the leather fastening and the visual balance of the pendant. The result is a solid, light and elegant piece of jewelry.
