Manufacturing and shipping times
Nune jewelry is made to order and shipped via the postal service within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the region and the shipping method chosen. As a guideline, tracked letter delivery within France typically takes 2 to 8 business days.
If your order is urgent, choose Colissimo shipping. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please indicate this in the order notes or on the Contact Page. We will do our best to ensure that she arrives on time.
An email with your postal tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to track its progress. You can also find this tracking number in your order details, in your customer account.

Can I return or exchange a piece of jewelry?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item, provided it is in perfect condition. Personalized items are not eligible for return. To request a return, view your order in your customer account and click on "Request a Return". If you would like an exchange, please indicate this in the "Notes" section of your return request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For more details, see the page Refund Policy.
Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?
All the components of our jewelry are hypoallergenic, designed to minimize the risk of allergies (nickel-free). They are made of brass plated with fine gold or silver, or stainless steel. For the exact composition of each piece, please see the section - Product details - located at the bottom of the page.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Jewellery is shipped in attractive boxes. Made from FSC® certified cardboard, they delicately protect your jewellery during transport.
By checking the gift option on the model page, you can write a personalised message and receive your jewellery in a gift box decorated with a pretty piece of leather.

The model I chose is customizable. Is the mockup created with the color configurator accurate representation of the final jewelry piece?
In terms of color, the mock-up is a fairly accurate simulation of the final product, as the colors are based on photos of our leathers (or beads). However, it remains a simulation: the checkerboard effect you may see with some colors is due to the configurator and will not be present on the finished piece.
I saw a lovely leather on the Nune website, but I can't find it in the color palette offered for personalizing my jewelry...
Because we primarily work with leathers sourced from offcuts or end-of-line luxury goods, our stock is not unlimited. Therefore, our color palettes change depending on availability. They may also vary from one piece to another, as each leather is unique and not necessarily suitable for every piece of jewelry.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Each Nune piece of jewelry is unique, carefully handcrafted. It must be handled with care to ensure its longevity.
Therefore, avoid contact with water, perfume, or cosmetics. Do not use cleaners or solvents to clean it; instead, use a soft cloth to gently wipe it. When you are not wearing your jewelry, store it separately in a case or small pouch, away from moisture.
Where are your jewelry pieces made?
Our jewelry is handmade in our workshop located in Laval, France.
Do you deliver abroad?
We ship orders throughout the European Union and to the French overseas departments and territories.
