Right of withdrawal
If a delivered Product does not fully satisfy the Customer, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The Customer may also notify Nune of their decision to withdraw even before receiving their order.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for Products personalized by the Customer and made according to their specifications.
Products personalized by the Customer or made according to their specifications are therefore not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal?

Before receiving the order
If the Customer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal while their order is still being prepared or in transit, they may submit their request directly via our dedicated page:

An acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal request will be sent to the Customer by email.

After receiving the order
During the fourteen (14) days following receipt of their order, the Customer may submit a return request directly from their customer account by clicking on the “Return items” button available in the details of the relevant order.

An acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal request will be sent to the Customer by email.
Product Returns
After exercising their right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the Product(s) within eight (8) days.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
The Product(s) must be carefully wrapped and returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, suitable for resale, unused and with all applicable accessories.
Refunds

Full order return:
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal for the entire order, Nune will refund the full amount of the returned Products as well as the initial delivery costs (based on the lowest standard delivery rate offered on the Site).

Partial order return:
In the event that only part of the Products ordered are returned (partial return), the initial shipping costs remain payable and will not be refunded. As the delivery service has been fully performed to deliver the remaining items, the refund will cover exclusively the price of the returned Product(s).
Nune will inform the Customer upon receipt and inspection of the returned Products and will notify them whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, the Customer will be automatically refunded to their original payment method within 10 business days. Processing and posting of the refund by the Customer’s bank or credit card company may take some time.
In the event of a refund for an order paid for with a gift card, the refund will be made exclusively by re-crediting the gift card balance.
Electronic Gift Cards
The Customer who purchased the gift card has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the gift card has been sent or used, even partially, before the expiry of this period.
Only the purchaser of the gift card, i.e. the person who placed and paid for the order, may exercise their right of withdrawal with Nune. The gift card recipient cannot request a refund.
