Refund policy
If a delivered Product does not give the Customer complete satisfaction, the Customer may return it to the Operator. The Customer has fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order to do so. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
However, the exceptions set out in Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code apply and prevent the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Operator draws the Customer’s attention to the fact that all items personalized by the buyer, made according to their specifications, are not eligible for any right of withdrawal. Likewise, there is no right of withdrawal for gift cards.
Outside of these exceptions, in accordance with Article L.221-21 of the French Consumer Code and in order to exercise this right of withdrawal under the conditions of Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer is invited to complete the standard withdrawal form by clicking on the following link: https://www.service-public.fr/professionnels-entreprises/vosdroits/R38397.
The Operator will acknowledge receipt of the Customer’s withdrawal request by email.
Where applicable, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal by providing the following information to the Operator:
- name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- decision to withdraw, by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email, provided that these contact details are available and therefore appear on the standard withdrawal form). The Customer may use the standard withdrawal form template, but this is not mandatory.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
The returned Product must be sent back in its original packaging, in perfect condition, suitable for resale, unused and with all any accessories included.
In addition to the returned Product, the return package must also include a letter specifying the Customer’s exact and complete contact details (last name, first name, address), the order number, and the original purchase invoice.
The Operator will refund the Customer the amount paid for the Product within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product and all elements required to process the refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer. In this respect, Customers who paid for their order using gift vouchers may be refunded in gift vouchers, at the Operator’s discretion.
