All the components of our jewelry are hypoallergenic, designed to minimize the risk of allergies (nickel-free). They are made of brass plated with fine gold or silver, or stainless steel. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item, provided it is in perfect condition. Personalized items are not eligible for return. To request a return, view your order in your customer account and click on "Request a Return". If you would like an exchange, please indicate this in the "Notes" section of your return request.

In terms of color, the mock-up is a fairly accurate simulation of the final product, as the colors are based on photos of our leathers (or beads). However, it remains a simulation: the checkerboard effect you may see with some colors is due to the configurator and will not be present on the finished piece.

Because we primarily work with leathers sourced from offcuts or end-of-line luxury goods, our stock is not unlimited. Therefore, our color palettes change depending on availability. They may also vary from one piece to another, as each leather is unique and not necessarily suitable for every piece of jewelry.

By checking the gift option on the model page, you can write a personalized message and receive your jewelry in a gift box decorated with a pretty piece of leather.

Each Nune piece of jewelry is unique, carefully handcrafted. It must be handled with care to ensure its longevity.
Therefore, avoid contact with water, perfume, or cosmetics. Do not use cleaners or solvents to clean it; instead, use a soft cloth to gently wipe it. When you are not wearing your jewelry, store it separately in a case or small pouch, away from moisture.
